Citiswich Business Park is Queensland's largest masterplanned industrial estate currently under development. The estate will be developed over 7 stages in the next 5 - 10 years and has been designed to accommodate a wide range of business uses, retail components, public open space and staff amenity.
Stage 1 and 2 of the estate are currently under development, with zoned and serviced land available to commence construction immediately.
Stage 1 will accommodate large scale distribution and manufacturing centres. Smaller strata unit developments and a cafe are also proposed for this precinct.
Stage 2 of the estate will accommodate industrial uses, wholesale bulky good retailers and manufacturers, with a designated retail precinct on the site with Brisbane Road frontage. This retail precinct will incorporate a supermarket, hardware and bulky good retailers and the potential for smaller retailers providing services such as cafes and takeaway food stores.
Stages 3, 4, 5 & 7 of the estate are future stages to be developed over 2013-2015.
