Thoroughly glad with switch - Manufacturer picks Citiswich

Arrival of a sixth business at Walker Corporation’s $1billion Citiswich Busines Park has been announced, with ThoroughClean set to build a new facility in stage one of the Bundamba estate.
ThoroughClean, which specialises in difficult cleaning applications needing high-pressure water cleaners, confirmed on Friday it would move from its Peak Crossing base late this year when its new headquarters were completed.
ThoroughClean general manager Mal Stayte said the decision to join the likes of Caltex and KSB at Citiswich was a simple one. "Our business is rapidly expanding and we needed greater manufacturing facilities," Mr Stayte said.
"Location was the other prime concern (and we chose Citiswich) because it’s positioned between Brisbane and Ipswich."
Walker Corporation Queensland business development manager Bob Miller said Citiswich was "taking off as an important business destination in southeast Queensland".
"Businesses are realizing that Ipswich is a great destination for long-term business growth."
