Citiswich delivers for REIT
Australia Post has secured a five-year lease in the remaining space of a new distribution centre in the Citiswich Business Park in Ipswich.
It has taken 5100sq m in the Centuria Industrial REIT (CIP) owned building at 42 Hoepner Rd, Bundamba, and joins Jaycar Electronics Group, which pre-committed to the other half of the prime-grade facility earlier this year.
Australia Post will use the distribution centre as a dedicated last-mile micro freight and mail processing facility to ensure efficient postal delivery throughout Brisbane’s Western Corridor.
