Ipswich City Council has given the green light for the construction commencement of the Costco store and service station at Citiswich Business Park. Costco have indicated the store will open between September and December 2018, and be huge in scale, the size of two football fields.

Citiswich Business Park in Bundamba continues to gain momentum in 2015 with the addition of IOR Petroleum, an operator of 24/7 unmanned diesel stops. IOR has purchased a 4,425square metre (sqm) block of land for approximately $840k at the Walker Corporation owned Industrial Park, located 25 minutes west of Brisbane. The completed diesel station is estimated to cost in the region of $2 million.
